Coming down Curraheen road towards the new link road roundabout, there's some major construction going on on the left, opposite that University Technology Park. Anyone know what's going on?

Probably apartments. Every other building site in or around the city is.

I don't think so. It's a sh1t location for apartments, really, and don't they normally put up a big billboard when they're putting up residential buildings ("Coming Soon, The Oaks, except there are no oaks left after we tore them all up to put in the houses")
