    An Update on the club situation.

    The hurlers where narrowly beaten in the championship semi-final by Liffey Gaels. They then played the league final two weeks ago against St. Marks. This ended in a draw. The reply is on this Sunday at 12.30 in O'Toole Park.

    The intermediate footballers play in the Joy Cup semi-final on Saturday against Thomas Davis in Kiltipper Road, Tallaght at 3pm.

    The Junior B team play in the Duffy Cup semi-final on Sunday against Croi Ro Naofa in Kilinarden Park, Tallaght at 2pm.

    The hurlers beat St. Marks on Sunday morning by 4 points. As a result of winning the league they are now promote to the top Junior division in Dublin (one away from intermediate). Final Score: St Marks 0-08 O'Dwyers 1-09

    The intermediate footballers where narrowly beaten by Thomas Davis on Saturday in the Joy Cup SF. Final Score: Thomas Davis 1-06 O'Dwyers 1-04

    The Junior B team where also beaten in the Duffy Cup semi-final on Sunday by Croi Ro Naofa. A last minute goal gave Croi Ro Naofa a one point win. Final Score: Croi Ro Naofa 2-06 O'Dwyers 1-08

    I was very upset when reading about the death of a young footballer from Erin's Isle in a match against O'Dwyers on Saturday. What a tragedy. Were you at the game? It must have been awful to experience for players and supporters alike. RIP.

    season still aint over.
    playoffs scheduled for 21st January, but there is a back match in the league that has to be played first before the playoff semi-finals can take place. That is scheduled for the 17th so if that goes ahead and also weather permitting the games will be played then.
