average Site map cost?

    Do you mean the site layout map showing the services etc prepared by an architect/engineer

    yea thats what i mean.. site map showing house position, garage position, services etc....

    Very difficult to answer that. The site map would be part of the plans for the overall development and then it would depend on what part of the country you are located and the standard/qualification of the person preparing the site map.
    The nearest I would see for a site map only would be what you would get as part of a planning application for outline permission.

    You could pay anything from 200 - 1000 euro for that
