    Is there a chance that someone has logged in as Zaph0d, maybe a friend in an attempt to have Zaph0d banned, in my eyes this seems very suspect.

    I was going to say this, as it does feel very suspect.

    Bit quick off the mark banning him tbh.

    As been said, could have been a friend on the computer acting the clown.

    Just because a guy asks for a ban is no reason to do so without a valid reason.

    Since he was banned for asking to be banned, asking to be unbanned in Prison would suffice to get me to lift it.

    If the account is being used by someone other than the person it belongs to then I'd rather it remained banned until they get it sorted and change the password.

    If you're having a desertion moment, and this is on the assumption that you're so addicted to boards you cannot actually deny yourself access to it, if you ask one of the admins really nicely, they may change your password so that you can no longer log in.

    Then, six months later when you come skulking back like the lowly dog you are, you can just use the "forgot my password" setting to get your account back...

    This is speaking as someone in the know... (woof)

    Didn't this happen last year too IIRC didn't some 16yr old ask to be banned for 3 or 4 months so he could study for and sit his Junior Certificate exams.
