    Twice recently I've found threads coming up in my subscribed threads list that I didn't post in or subscribe to.

    This one popped up in my list today:

    I get that rarely if I reply on a thread. There is a dropdown on the bottom of every advanced reply page, so it is possible to have that as subscribe-selected for any post you make. However, I think I quick replied and still became subscribed to the threads.

    Does it happen much?

    No... these threads I hadn't even read, let alone replied to.

    One was a thread from 1998 that got bumped recently.
