It goes slightly further than the regular 15 across the 'new link road' of the scholarstown interchange on the M50 and into what I assume are new estates with no / limited other bus service into town. It also takes the georges st route into / out of town instead of the stephen's green one

Bascially it is a peak hours only bus service.
