To all owners of Turkish property - who did you buy with?

With the SSIA's creeping up Im thinking about putting some of towards a home in the sun, and Turkey is top of the list. I was wondering which agencies are trustworthy as there seems to be a new one every week. If you own Turkish property - who did you buy with and are you happy with what you got? Thanks

Bought through a local Turkish agency....www.seckinproperties.com

Have heard stories of people not having to pay the 3% but every agency I went to over there had the fee.
