Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

AvantGo now have their great offline web browser service available for Windows Smartphones. I was a huge fan of AvantGo a few years ago when I had a palm, and I'm surprised it took so long to port it to Windows-based Smartphones.

I'll install it in a while and write back with some feedback.

It works well. The only downside is that syncing is a manual process, done from within the application on the phone. In an ideal world, it would be automated through an ActiveSync interface (like Calendar/Tasks/Smartphone Notes etc.).

Nice to see that AvantGo support RSS feeds now too.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Yes it works on the I-Mate SP5 (thats what I installed it on!).

Yes, you have to register (buts its free for a 2mb account). You can pay $20 a year for an 8mb account. You need an account so they can store what channels you have subscribed to (the login details are stored on your phone).
