NTL BB time not established error

    Anyone else getting this is their event logs?

    The reason I'm asking is that my connection has been disconnecting lately and pings during online games have been especially bad lately even when I use a linux box connected directly to the cable modem rather than my normal router/windows PC connection

    ps what ntl support email address should I contact to get this resolved? I cant seem to find a specific one for ntl broadband in Ireland

    The error isnt time not established.
    Thats just the time the error happened.
    Your errors are DHCP Related. Read where it says "Text".
    Thats the issue.

    thanks. maybe NTL's sntp server is down or something...doesnt their DHCP require that for calculating lease expiry times?
