    Well folks, this is it, the 1,000th thread in the shooting forum here on boards.ie. I just want to thank Civdef and Rew for their moderating skills, the admins on boards for giving us this forum, and all of you who've posted here. I've gotten very proud of this little forum; it's loud, cantankerous, noone agrees with each other, we scrap a lot; but we keep on talking and helping newbies and frankly, that's precisely what I most wanted this forum to be about :)

    Not much chance of that CD, I've been enjoying the delights of food poisoning for the last two days (hence the close boards-watching, it's all you can do when bed-ridden!).

    Sparks,Civ and Rew take a bow.You have done a fair bit here to keep this going and INMHO taken a lot of ****e thrown at you ,but have kept on going.And done your bit to get Irish shooting out of the cupboard.

    BTW Sparks youghut any type,exellent for food poisioning.
