anyone see on sky news Condelisa Rice visiting Blackburn Rovers with Jack Straw. They had Mark Hughes, Todd, Friedel and the ladies captain standing around for 10 minutes in the middle of an empty Ewood park waiting to meet her looking like tools. when she arrived they presented here with GK gloves, a signed football and a jersey with Rice 10 on the back.

what the hell is that all about!?!

No idea, but she's crazy into sport I think. Her dream is to become top dog in the NFL or something.

Straw was in Rice' homtown of Birmingham Alabama and he went to see a gridiron game (rugby with ads as Straw called it!) and he invited her to his constitency. I'd don't belive she will be seeing Rovers in the flesh as they don't play till Monday.
