    I heard on the radio yesterday that they are bringing in Penalty Points shortly for having the radio too loud and having furry dice etc on the mirror.....anyone know when that comes in?

    I don't think there are points for the things you mentioned above;) I saw the list and I'm quite sure they would have stood out lol.

    Yes there's a decible rating for your stereo - on the average car stereo you shouldn't go over 7 on a volume knob marked one to ten. The new hand helds that the cops use have built in sound sensors.
