Yeah, I watched the first one. Enjoyed it.

The cops in it reminded me of the Boomtown cops.

    Will watch more.

    Anyone watching Thief?

I've watched the first 3 episodes of Heist. I love it.... Dougray Scott kind of annoys me, but the show is clever, it has a great script, and its laugh-out-loud funny at times.

Definitely some fun moments in the show.
Though it was a silly scene, I really laughed at episode 3 when
they were in the hotel - "aim for the head, killshots only!" :D

    Heist RIP

NBC have pulled the plug. The last episode will be shown tomorrow.
Pity - I really liked it.

I was going to watch this show, looking forward to it as I enjoy the heist genre.

How bloody irritating, and typical of US policy, to kill off a show that's had only three weeks to even begin breathing. How the hell can they expect it to get much of an audience in that time? This also from a network that let the abomination that was Joey go for two seasons, despite successive viewing figure drops. There's actually articles online lambasting NBC this year, for their continued sticking with failures, removoing successful shows, not keeping with new shows, and treating their few decent ones (e.g. "Scrubs") very poorly.

I always wonder how many Nielsen people actually have to stop watching for a show to get axed. From what I recall, all it can takes is for about twenty/thirty Nielsen families to stop watching for a show to be summarily axed. Or even less probably. Scary giving so much decisive weight of shows we like to so few people.

    NBC pulls plug on 'Heist'
Tuesday, April 11 2006, 07:25 BST - by Neil Wilkes

NBC is dropping the axe on midseason crime drama Heist after three airings.

Odd, because I just watched episode 4..... Was this a "Heist"

(God that was a bad joke)

    Oh, I get it....

Episodes however are still set to run tomorrow night (April 12) and next Wednesday (April 19). The series originally received a 13-episode order back in December (read the story) however production was halted after its sixth installment. In total, at least one episode will sit on the shelf.
