Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Two pc's one is a modern dell p4 the other an ancient Gateway pc which would be around 5/6 years old i guess running on win98se but will be upgrading to XP pro sp2.

Will be trying to connect the two wirelessly soon , i hope. My question is i assume that the gateway pc being so old that the usb ports on it will only be usb1.1 and not usb2.0 even with sp2 on it ? And if so if i connect this pc to the wireless network via a usb wireless adapter does this mean i will take a speed hit ?

    Thanks.

USB 1.1 should still be faster than a 802.11b wireless network.
