It's Dundrum, Co. Tipp. http://www.getbroadband.ie/ seems to have a list of available providers. I'm not sure how accurate it is though.

Have you tried www.premierbroadband.net. They are a group BB scheme that went live in many parts of Tipp & Kilkenny recently. 512K up and down. Dundrum is not mentioned but Cappawhite is. They are your best chance of BB I would think.
