    A while back on Tarrant on Tv there was a powerful ad concerning child abuse. Really strong ad quite well done.

    A young girl putting on Make-up and a scarf etc............

    but there was a song in the background, couldnt get the name of it

    Went like 'baby lets go out tonite...' (all i remember linewise)

    very mellow and basic music, think just guitar and piano

    but song was played again on radio last week and i missed the artiist details


    Any help/ideas, i tried getlyrical but not yet

    I searched the lyrics and found three songs:

    Plasmatics - Fast Food Service (Seriously doubt it's this! THis song is very abrasive)

    Eddy Cochran - My Way

    Dr. Feelgood - My Way


    The Cochran and Feelgood songs are of the same lyrics but aren't really mellow. Well, maybe some people would view them as mellow.

    just googled both, it was craig armstrong. Great but really haunting kinda tune. Amazing when you listen to it
