Download allowance halfed ??

Just noticed this morning my download allowance on the eircom stats page is gone from 20gb down to 10gb !! Any-one else have this happen ??

home plus, 2mb/256k line with 20gb allowance... (most of the time:D )

could eircom have downgraded you to 1Mbit by any chance ??.....which is €30 a month not €40 a month ???

did you contact them on 1800503303 to check ??

Checked the router, and I'm still on the 2mb/256k Line.. Phoning tech support is the next step , Just waiting for "Ehh you went over your limit" . 1gb over though!
