Pioneer deh-6400 warning beep

This is driving me demented. I have searched the net and read the manual but I can't find anything on it. I recently installed this car stereo (pioneer deh-6400r), and while it plays sweetly -every so often it beeps and an icon of a car flashes in the bottom right hand corner. Anyone know what the hell this is…

TA = traffic annoucement.

Turn it off and it will stop beeping. Theres probably a TA button on the radio somewhere.
