Oh, believe me, I did. Especially living in Merville where most people, having gotten friendly, would go to the Student Bar for a quick pint. Couldn't even get in there (after the first day) for three months. Sucked monkey d**k.

Such is the curse of going to a school that doesn't operate TY.

Post grad, was 17 when I started as an undergrad in UCD and am 24 now!

I turned 18 a week before the start of first year.
If I hadn't done TY I would have been 17 for the entire year... *shudder*

My boyfriends little sister was considering skipping fourth year last year, and the main reason i advised her not to was so she wouldnt be 17 in 1st year of college. She listened and did fourth year. The power of alcohol...

Anyway... back on topic... undergrad, but only for one more year which is starting to slightly scare me!

I was 17 the whole way through 1st year. I turned 18 during my first year exams, and sat two papers on the day.

I'll be 21 leaving if I leave after my B.Sc. Probably gonna do prof exams after that, so will still kinda be a student. That or an M.Sc.
