Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey All,

Just wondering if there's anybody out there interested in storyboarding and concept design. I have a few films that I'm hoping to get off the ground in the next while but i'd really like to have them fully realised visually, before I start production.

If you're interested please send along a few samples of your work to padraigbaggott@gmail.com.

I think Filmbase do a course in storyboarding that's fairly reasonably priced.

Might be worth checking out. You don't have to be very good at drawing to do a good storyboard.

Although I once saw the storyboards for The Wizard of Oz... they were stupidly good.

    is this unpaid?
ive a friend who is AMAZING at storyboarding.seriously when you see them youll not want to make the film and release a comic instead.
but he'd be looking for some sort of money.
    youd get your worth though

Although I am aware that you don't need storyboards to be really well drawn I still think it's preferable to have a detailed storyboard if you wanna convey a visual to a crew rather than stick figures and arrows. But I know what you mean monkeyfudge.

And unfortunatly it will be unpaid work. I can't pay crew or cast so there's no chance of finding cash for a storyboard artist. Sorry.
