DVD player burnign but not playing !!

    got an NEC DVD_RW ND 3550 A for my rig ! burns images ect great, dual layer, but will not play DVDs very strange!

    anyone able to help?

    (I know this is tweaking thread but lads you guys seem to have all the answers :D )

    Will it read any other cd at all? What software are you using?

    media player ! just burned an image with Alcohol and it was pefect! put the DVD back in the drive and nothing ! works perefect in my home DVD player on my telly!

    TRied another DVD in the drive too an original and nothing also!

    using MEdia player
