Salt & Chilli Chicken Wings

Does anyone have a recipe for the salt & chilli chicken wings that you get from a chinese take away? Other variants are Salt & Chilli shredded chicken or S & C Ribs. I've searched the web and tried various things at home but nothing gets the same taste as a chinese.

Here's a recipe for Chilli Ribs from the UKTV Food site.

I'd up the amount of salt to 1.5 tsp to get that extra "salt" kick. Also, try using salt flakes instead of the standard Saxo stuff.
