    Ok, I confess and apologise to boards, I work at the desk opposite Stephen and was winding him up as he's been ranting about this to us all day! I actually think he's right, it's an unfortunate combination of the company he bought it off not getting it to UPS as quickly as they promised and then UPS delivering early and not calling to see where he was or returning his calls etc. If you pay for next day delivery on a Wednesday, you really shouldn't be looking at Monday to get the package...
