Domain Transfer Question

    I'm in a bit of dilemna.

    I'm trying to transfer a domain that is hosted by www.aaa-webhost.net to register365.ie but they haven't responsed to any email requesting the transfer.

    None of their phone numbers in the USA seem to be working either.

    I've done a bit of research on the web and some people claim that they have gone bust but how can that be if the servers are still running. (http://www.besthostratings.com/web-hosting/freehostingweb_com.html)

    Is there anything that I can do to move the domain over?

    You are probably going to have to contact dotregistrar.com
    Letting a host or domain reseller put themselves in as admin is a nasty one! :(
