Eircom ISDN dialup number

I'm trying to setup internet access for a friend. Does anyone know the dialup number for Eircom ISDN?? I rang 1901 earlier, and they gave me a technical support number to ring. I rang it, but the number doesn't exist. Another minus point for Eircom customer support, its amazing how low things can go..
