Glass for glass panel doors

Does anyone out there know where you can get Glass (with a choice of design) for glass paneled doors? When I get the glass I then need to get it cut to the right shape anyone know anywhere that does this? This used to be easy years ago:confused: Anywhere within an hour of Dublin is fine.
