Here is the problem

Want to create a WAP page that will allow the user to enter various peieces of information and when the slect submit this information will be passed to a SQL database and kick off some other functions (SMS and emial stuff)

My site will be hosted here: www.javaservlethosting.com so something that will work on here is a must and my preference would be to create the wap page in JSP or Servlet code as that is what the rest of the project will be in.

What is the best way to go about doing this, can anyone offer any advice?

Please help.
