    Hi,

    Just got a nice three bedroom penthouse at a reasonable price. The only thing is we have to get it cleaned after the last disgusting individuals who inhabited the place. Strange carpet stains filthy walls, bathrooms and a grease filled kitchen to say the least. Anyone know how much it costs to get an industrial cleaner in to disenfect the place?? Its a a three bedroom penthouse with 3 bathrooms(2 ensuite) a large main living area and seperate kitchen.

    Impossible to put a price on it.
    Depending on the type of cleaning required (e.g. steam cleaning of carpets / fumigation / selective repainting / serious scrubbing of kitchen etc) it could work out quite expensive (even allowing for making use of a couple of Polish/Chinese workers for a day or two). It sounds as though its a lot more than an average cleaning job that you have in mind....
