    Its not the most dangerous piercing the only danger is from your mother going in and kicking the piercers ass. L.I.T.H.A= leave it the hell alone best way to heal a piercing just rinse with salt water after food and you'll be fine. The avoid dairy thing is just that dairy products coat the bar and are harder to clean off. Also its just a toungue piercing get over it and put it to some use.

    haha thanks... ive no one to use it on at the moment, pobably a good thing. Thanks for the advice, im trying not to play with it coz i know itll wreck my teeth.
    If i do eat dairy how can i clean the bar without irritating it?

    Also it okay to take paracetamol (i had a terrible headache today)

    If the tongue is painful and swollen you can rinse the area with soluble solpadene, no harm to swallow it after as well.

    ok cool, its only really painful in the morning or after i talk to much.. sometimes it feels like im pulling at it... then again i probably am.
    Just feels like its tearing or something!

    That's just because the flesh is tender, you'll stop getting that "tearing" feeling once it's healed :)

    oh, and btw

    dont try and play the recorder (had to for music class until i changed what i was doing for preacticals)


    but anyway

    tongue piercing + recorder = exessive drooling

    ha sounds funny, i was so proud i didnt actualy drool when i was gettin it done, but i tend to spill my drinks....

    I cant wait to get the bar changed. When would be the soonest coz it would be great to have it done by monday week. (i got it done last tuesday).

    Im eating a mars bar now, is that really stupid? (Breaking the no sugary foods and no dairy rule)
