Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cracking stuff in a ramshackle arseways defending fashion!

Great game really. The goals from Boro were top class why are they so low in the league?

Darren Bents England call up on the other hand....

Did Bent score again? The only Charlton goal I caught was Southgate's OG.

Early season form when Downing was missing I presume.

Didn't see anything other than the first 15 minutes, was he poor?

He was poor missed a near sitter (ie two yards out) and did'nt improve after, not that he was getting any decent service. Charltons first was a volley from Bryan Hughes, the second goal was down to Boro not clearing and an unlucky rebound.

At least it was more exciting than the first 0-0 bore fest.

'Boro are a good team and their cup runs, and results against the top sides in the league, show that. They've just been unlucky with injuries and have played a huge amount of games at this stage.

Who's actually played more, them or Liverpool?

Yeah I think Boro are a good, if chronically inconsistent side. To go on two cups runs (particularly the FA and UEFA cups which are definitely tough comps to win) while still keeping yourself safely afloat in the league despite bad injuries is a credit to any team......

I just checked there and I think it's actually Boro, which I found surprising, but fair play to them! I'd love to see them win the UEFA cup.
