    ... Whithout living in Ireland;

    Hi everybody;

    I would like to know if it's possible and how to do that;

    I'am french, I have no residence in IE; but I wish I could live in Ireland one day;

    You can incorporate a company in Ireland without being resident in Ireland. The Companys Register Office (CRO.ie) state that the non national director of the company some pay a deposit of money to them in order to carry on a trade in Ireland.

    I am not sure how must this is though.

    Its under Irish statue law.

    Does it exist any place to host the company?
    I assume that a company need an adress

    You need at least one national as a Director to float a Ltd. company.

    You also need a registered office address in the state.
