    Heard a wild rumour about a bomb in Killbarrick tonight.

    Did anybody else hear anythgin about it?

    There was an explosion alright but it was only in the Chemial plant! Major fire but I think it has been brought under control! My mate lives near it and they had to evacuate some houses with others been told to just shut their windows. Some be more info about it in tomorrow's papers!

    yeah chemical plant i heard from a resident.

    apparently its the new site for a lidl/aldi

    AFAIK it's just in between Howth Junc. and Kilbarrack DART stations!

    I saw the big thick black smoke from bayside station the other night and i was wondering what it was. I forgot all about and never heard anything else on the news or that.

    Right beside Howth Junction, part of the industrial estate behind it.
