are there any places the measure yout body-fat? (that type of stuff)

    Hi, I am looking for places that can measure your body fat and your body statistics, stuff like that.

    Anyone know of one?

    Chemist machines do that. They aint fun though,they tell ya your fat and need to lose weight and total BS IMO. Go to your local GP they will have a BMI chart and can go through it with you.

    There is a machine upstairs in Marks and Spencer, near the video game shop. Two euros.

    All of the above are not very accurate. The best thing to do is go to trevor woods (Mardyke arena, you don't have to be a member). He can do a number of different assessments, including % body fat, etc. He is very good, and the service is very professional. e-mail t.woods@ucc.ie
