Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm trying to use "Backtrack" a slackware based live cd with a WMP54G (linksys) card to detect some security problems using kismet.

Does anyone know how to get the card working with this live CD?

Unsure of with this cd specifically, however you must find out the chipset the card uses.
Take a look at 'lspci', which should give you some idea.
Then find out what driver supports this card (if any), if none do, try ndiswrapper.
