I know it's the wrong board but you guys are the most helpful...

I deleted all cooking and temp files yesterday but need to find a site I visited on thursday. Is there any way this is still in the history or registry anywhere...

The best thing would be to do a system restore.

Go to programs and accessories > system tools and select system restore and select saturdays date and anytime. IT will restore the computer back before the files were deleted.

If it's just the site you need and not the cooking and temp details (I hope you cooked it at the right temp :) ) then it might still be in your address bar history?
