Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey,

I've got an American relative coming over here at the end of June to do some course in Trinity and she wants to get a phone that will work over here so she can keep in contact with her parents in the US. Do Vodafone, Meteor, O2 or Three offer any service like the FonePool (http://fonepool.com/)

Your best bet is to buy the most basic prepay mobile with cheapest texts or calls back to the US - not sure what network this will be - and then sell the handset here on boards on the FS Mobiles section before you go...

Just get a very basic phone, it doesnt need to be anything special. A Nokia 3310 would do the job, just for sending texts abroad.

Thanks. Meteor seem to be the cheapest for calls and phones - €49 with €20 credit.

Go for the Nokia 1101 if you can. If not, leave the SE J210 and spent the extra tenner on the Nokia 1600.
