UTV losing connection when phone answered

I have UTV clicksilver. My problem is that when somebody calls my number and I answer the phone then my internet connection stops. I am using the line splitters they sent me but it is not working. Any advice?

That happened to me before with IOL and i fixed it by inplugging everything and reconnecting wires including changing the splitter as they had given me 2. The other possible reason could be because of use of extension lead too.

one of the ports in the line splitter should have a filter, try swapping the cables and see if the problem goes away
