Bupa claims repayment?

    Hi all,
    not sure if this is the correct category, if not, please move...

    Here my question: does anyone know (roughly) how long it takes to receive payments for claimed medical expenses? I sent all my receipts to Bupa 6 weeks ago, and haven't heard back since - would this be "normal"?

    This is one of the busier times of the year, there may be a backlog.

    Email them with your BUPA member no. and they will either call you back or email you.
