Anyone get this message

    Unfortunately we are unable to proceed with your order at this time, as your eircom telephone account is not currently active.


    What does it mean ? Will prob end up having to ring them.

    When i go onto the eircom site and check my line it says to me PASS. Then i went and ordered my BB but got the message above.

    Sounds like Eircom thinks your account with them is not active, basically means what it says.

    Best to ring them and query it I'd say :)

    I gave them a ring and got it sorted. Now they said it could take 15working days grrrr, i want it today.
