I say hell clearly isn't hot enough. Is this not just a Japanese version of B*witched?

Are you mad? Japanese pop music is in a league of it's own! B*witched chicks never had Paul Gilbert on their side:

I'm sorry man, but it's impossible to put into words.

Well, the Vauxhall Conference (league) is basically the football league below the FA Premier league and it's three lower divisions...So I think what Doctor J was saying was that Paul Gilbert isn't exactly in the premier league of...celebrity
    But yeah, strange video.

    Ah, I get you.

Eh, my point wasn't that Paul Gilbert was some sort of big celebrity though, just that he's an excellent guitarist. Although, if it's more a case of Paul not being ranked as that good a guitarist, well then here's none other than Marty Friedman with Aikawa Nanase.

Marty Friedman good enough for ya Doc!?!

    What's he done lately? :p

Edit-> Also, I was referring to the Vauxhall Conference when you suggested that Japanese pop was in a league of it's own - ie: not a very good league ;)

    Right you are so Ted!

Seriously though, Japanese Pop is just mental. Comparing it to B*witched is just bad form.

That is hilarious, and brilliant! I always knew Japanese pop was mad (ex-missus worked over there for a while she loves this kind of nonsense), but with the riff behind it...funny stuff!

I just want to know what songs are used for the music

The backing track to that sounds like Yngwie Malmsteen - Far Beyond the Sun

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 11,848 ✭✭✭✭Doctor J

It's like Mini Moni playing together with Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Billy Sheehan and Virgil Donati combined. Well it was created by some unknown fan, and call it the 'Evil Morning' mix.

It would appear to be nothing to do with Vai or Malmsteen

I don't now anything about metal but I would like to hear what other people feel when they listening that music...

Nah, the bit at the start is a slowed down version of Far Beyond The sun, but the main rhythm is just vaguely similar to it.

This is almost as weird as the "Pi" video.
