One evening a man sitting in a pub at the top of a tall building with some friends noticed with amazement the erratic behaviour of a man sitting at the bar.

The man would gulp down his pint in one go, dash towards the window and jump out. A moment later he would float back in, seemingly unscathed. The regulars paid him no heed, but the newcomer had to find out the man's secret.

He excused himself from his group of friends, and proceeded to stroll over to the man at the bar.

"Sorry to bother you, " he began, "but how is it you don't die when you jump out that window?"

The man turned to face him and told him, "the convection currents outside this building are remarkable. You can jump out, and they'll blow you straight back in."

The second man looked incredulous, so the first offered to demonstate once more. He downed his drink, dashed to the window and hurled himself out. A moment later he floated straight back in, again seemingly unhurt.

"Feck it, "thought the second man to himself, "I'll do it!"

He downed the end of his pint, dashed to the window and jumped.

    SPLAT!

The first man casually strolled to the bar, a smirk on his face.
"A pint please, Jimmy, " he said to the barman.

"You know something, " replied the bartender seriously, "you're a right prick when you're drunk, Superman!"
