Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Help Installing Printer

I'm trying to install an Epson All in one DX3800 printer during the install when im prompted to install the printer and I connect the printer up it says found new hardware etc. but then fails due to invalid colour profile. I've tried installing reinstalling several times and I don't connect up the printer before I'm prompted.

I scanned the computer for viruses and found 105 (its not my computer) and removed all of them but I think they may have caused damage to the system32 folder as it hidden ( didn’t even show up when I had show hidden folders turned on). The system32 folder holds the colour files for the printer, scanner etc. as far as I know and is it possible the viruses damaged it somehow. Any help would be greatly appreciated I’m trying to avoid doing a complete reinstall.
