get an old tube of silicone out of the gun? Been at this for ages and can't get the darn thing out....Is there a trick/knack to it? Please help - it's driving me mad at this stage!!

push the button at the back of the gun and pull the hook shaped bar at the back until it comes out of the gun. or if this doesnt work try squirting a small bit of lubricant on the moving parts and then try it. Or alternativly buy another gun their onlly 3.99!!!
