Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I basically want music to fit the following scenes

A sneaky one-Somthing that moves kind of...sneakly
for someone who is "up to something"

A fast paced scene-Possibly some dnb or what ever, fast drums

A piece of music that gives you the impression that someone means business

Comedy music-Somthing comic, emphasising the characters stupidness

    Ok suggestions welcomed

does it all have to be dance/electronic?

Not dance really, but kind of electronic stuff, doesnt have to be, of course

Just though some djs might have a wide taste in music

Down tempo stuff too to fit what I described

Well if you could go into a bit more detail about the scenes please, how long they will last, what exactly is going on in them, will they be one after the other or will there be dialogue and non music scenes in between, will you be going back and forth to the scenes or will each scene play out till the end? I don't suppose you have the actual video uploaded to youtube or anything?

    OK

Sc1: Guy sneaks into mates room and starts to search. His mate comes out and catches him

Type of music: Tense, sneaky with possibly, a sharp build up

Sc2: The guys are drinking etc, the frame rate is speed up.

Music: Somthing drum and bassey. This one should be easy enough

Sc 3: Guys are late, they are in a hurry they run out the door

Music: Tense, fast-ish pace. This one is important

Be nice to have a rough length of how long each scene would be... helps with any timing for dramatic build up, etc.

I'll have a quick go but I've got to be doing stuff so I'll come back if I have more suggestions in the future.

    Sc1:
    Clannad
    Predator
    Under Neptune's Cape

    Ennio Morricone -
    La Resa Dei Conti
    Carrilon

    Sc2:
    Mark O'Connor
Diggy Diggy Lo (w Doug Kershaw)

    Sc3:
    Mark O'Connor
    New Country

    Perez 'Prez' Prado
    Paris

When you said Someone means business: Cypress Hill - Can't Get The Best of Me, Pantera - Walk

Comedy Music - Serge Gainsbourg - Comic Strip

Ok, there's a few for now, it would be a lot easier if I could see the actual film, I don't know what type of people the guys or, what kind of mood is in the film etc, if I knew all this I could pick much better samples to suit all aspects of the film:o

    Suggestion for scene 2 ;
    Orbital - Quality Seconds

...only 1.25 long but if what you're trying to put across is drinking session sped up then it fits the bill nicely. Not strictly D'n'B but does what you want it to do...

"Polysics - Code 4" could work for scene 2... it could also go horribly wrong as well:p

Hehe, just had a listen to that, there was a link in your sig to it;)

Yeah, I think it's essential to see the film first.
