Suggestions for songs to play...

Basically I DJ in a "disco bar" a couple of nights a week, capacity around 400+ and I'm looking for some suggestions for songs that you either

a) don't hear enough of
b) think would go down great in a bar
c) have a great mix of you think I could use
d) I dunno...just suggest some good tunes!*

What sort of age group/crowd go there?

Age Group: From 20 up. Mostly mid twenties to early thirties but the older ones pop in as well.

Music type: R&B/Hippity Hoppity. Rock, soft dance, sprinkling of oldies..
