My friend is in abit of a pickle, she urgently needs another person to share the rent in her apartment she has recently moved into.

Its a 2 bedroom apartment, very clean, fully furnished with all new stuff, recently renovated. She assures me it is very nice and she is super clean and a non-smoker.

The place even has access to a garden front and back for barbeques in the summer.

The rent is €435 per month and that includes some of the utilities (like heating for one).

It's 3 mins from the Luas (Cowper), 10 mins walk to Rathmines town.

Palmerstown Road is in Palmerstown, next to Liffey Valley

Palmerston Road is between Rathmines and Darty.

Slight difference.
