Came across this site which has [ I think ] good reasonable explanations of Broadband and all its bits and bobs [ Internet Connections 101 ]. Here is a page about the difference between ADSL and DSL:

Could the Mod pop it into the Broadband FAQ Sticky if you think its good? It might be worth flagging sites like this to give people some knowledge in this area who might not be working on this stuff daily ie one should not assume that everyone is a Broadband Guru - and no Im not one either

We are all feeling so giving down here in Carrigaline now that we got our B/Band Back and its on steroids
