    This happened today.

A relation of mine brought his 6 year old child to the doctor so they could both get checked over for different ails.

The doctor seen the child first, and then instructed the parent to go back out to the waiting room and basically get to the back of the queue.

Does anyone have any clue if there is someone we could complain to about this? If was the first time he went to the doctor in question since he's new to the area.

    Thanks guys.

Depends on if the appointment was for both of them or the child. He should have made an appointment for another day rether than requeue.

Oh seems a bit strange alright but i doubt there is anything that can be done about it.

That's a pretty awful service. You're right to be pissed off by it. If you use the place a lot you might consider writing a letter in with your feelings, or even taking the receptionist to one side and asking what the story is generally?

Maybe the doctor was having an off day? or is he just a tosser?

If this was your first and last time visiting them (for none of the reasons above) then why bother? Move on.
