Suggestions for raised Mound

Hi all, I had planned to build a rockery in a corner of the garden, but I'm now considering a raised kids playhouse or raised deck, and I'm hoping for some suggestions. I have a mound of clay/rubble etc in the corner with concrete 6ft wall on two sides. The mound is about 10 ft x 10ft & 3ft high. All advice appreciated.
