Netsource v's Smart Business Broadband

Hi All,
we are looking at moving our BB line from Eircom. Over the last 6 months it has got steadily slower adn keeps droppping connection.
I am looking at Netsource and Smart.

Will changing supplier make much of a difference considering we will be on the same exchange ( Beggars Bush).
Netsource has the same contention 24:1 as eircom, but Smart is ' supposidly' 1:1.

Smart are faster and cheaper.
Anyone any comments on going Smart v's Netsource for a 6mb line?

If you have started experiencing dropped connections it may be that your line is not capable of the speed you are currently on - have you asked Eircom to run a test to see what product you should be on? Have the drops only started since the recent upgrades? Have you checked your line stats?

have run tests and line is ok according to Errorcom.
Line has been unstable since well before the last round of upgrades.

Anyone else on the Beggars Bush exchange experiencing problems?
